Worst Nightmare

<p>I ordered Lipsticks from someone who uses fast way couriers from JHB to be sent to Cape Town and was suppose to receive my parcel on Tuesday but somehow they got the address wrong and no one called to verify until I called the courier company.</p> <p>Delivery was scheduled for Wednesday now and was told they only going to get to me after 4 and I had told them I leave work at 4, they begged me to deliver it first thing in the morning before 10:00am Thursday, Thursday came and no call from no one until I called and was told the parcel is still in the bay bla bla bla, I told them can I have it before 16:00 and they agreed, when I called the delivery guy told me the same thing as the Wednesday guy that he will come after 16:00 after giving the strict instruction that I’m leaving at 16:00.</p> <p> </p> <p>Here I am on Friday still waiting for my parcel, very annoyed with *********** people, I would never recommend anyone to use this company, they don't take their customers serious and their delivery guys are *********** and unreliable.</p>
