Worst local courier in South Africa

Why retailers keep using them is beyond me. Their service is incredibly poor. They do not care about client service. They wait until they have enough packages for our neighbourhood, then get you to grant them access and say they'll be there momentarily, and then make all their other rounds, while you wait for them when you really can't afford to wait. That's when they actually notify you. They never check when someone is home beforehand. Their bot keeps telling you they are only open from 8am, when it's already after 10am. IThey waste your time, and if they feel like it, just say that nobody was home and they attempted a delivery. I'll be telling all retailers I deal with to use someone else. I've had enough of poor service.
