Worst experience I had with a courier company.

Honestly the worst courier company. Waited 9 days for my package that comes from a place which is 30min from where I live. Try tracking the package everyday but all it says is that it's on board to me and at the end of the day it gets dropped back at the bay. Trying to chat to customer service is horrible it's like chatting to unresponsive bots you wait forever for a response just for them to give you minimal information or for them to refer you to someone else. It was truly a bad experience using this company.
