Worst experience ever

I had the worst experience of my life, I have waited two hours at Centurion for my parcel. I was told after that long wait my parcel s in Johannesburg. I drove with my petrol to Johannesburg and waited three hours only to be told that my parcel is in the big bag that they cannot open till tomorrow i was advised to come back to Johannesburg the next day
