Worst ever courier experience

I am not surprised to see such a low rating for this company - the worst ever courier experience I had. It took them one week to deliver my package, whereas all other couriers deliver daily, Monday to Friday. So I have decided to boycott all online merchandise businesses that uses them as their courier. May I suggest you do the same?
