Worst ever

Fastway courier is the worst ever!!!! My parcel been with them since 20 Dec and they are not even trying to deliver!!!! When phoning them hardly a reply and when u do get through them they say delivery will be the next day but it does not happen!!! Telling me to collect from their depot an hour drive for me.
