Worst ever

One of the worst 3 weeks and still no delivery takes 3 days to get stuff from overseas to get to sa but 3 weeks and counting to delivery. You phone them but no answer so what are they doing? They are giving themselves a bad name, they must be a company whe boss don't give a **** for the customer. So I do not even know where my parcel is the tracking system does not work. I am really disappointed in this company. Will not recommend them for service.
