Worst Delivery Time and Rude Consultants

I've been waiting for a package and they keep changing the delivery date. When I track the package, it just says it was left in the bay. Which bay?! The guy on the phone was so dismissive and rude. I am going to complain to the company using you to change couriers as the Courier guy collects today and delivers tomorrow.
