WORST DELIVERY SERVICE IN SOUTH AFRICA

This is by far the worst delivery company I have ever worked with. My package was delivered 20 days after receiving their notification that they received the package and that it is on its way. The package was misdirected about 5 times and no one reached out to me to get clarity on where the package should go. Eventually I had to phone them as I am sure the package would have been misdirected for a couple more times. Their office phone was just ringing and going to voicemail until I eventually got hold of a manager on her whatsapp to give me another landline number. These people kept on promising me for one and a half weeks that it will be delivered the next day (which never happened) and when they eventually delivered, they didn't even call me to ask permission to leave it at the security gate, and I didn't receive any confirmation that it was indeed delivered to the security guards. Would 100% NOT recommend to anyone
