Worst delivery service ever, they don't want to deliver my package

I ordered goods on the 29 March they were supposed to arrived before the 9th of April I have Being patient enough now it's the 23rd still Fastway have not delivered my parcel they I call them they care telling me that the parcel is still at the depot and they can't deliver until next week since Am not the only one who needs to be serviced.
