Worst delivery service ever ! Rude consultants and poor customer service

I ordered this package last week Friday it was sent on Monday and a week later I still have nothing , a weak? I’m putting this on Helllo Peter and my Facebook page this is the WORST ! Delivery service !

A week??? It takes a week to send a local parcel ???? Do not use them !!!!
