Worst Delivery Service

This company MUST stop marking parcels as delivered where else they are not, It brings uncer*****y to customers. I received a notification that my parcel was delivered and I have signed for it which I did not. Please if the parcels are not delivered don't mark them as delivered to satisfy your daily target stats.
