Worst delivery ever

<p>My first time receiving a parcel through Fastway couriers. I was told I was going to receive my parcel within 2-3 working days. I live in an "outlying" area. Now day 5 and still no parcel. I've had other parcels sent to me with other courier services for the same delivery fee and I got my parcels in 24hours or less despite the fact that I live in an outlying area. So frustrating! I've already called 3 times and been told it's on it's way!</p>
