Worst delivery company in south Africa Fast way

To get hold of them takes 12min then they will cut you off for no reason there whats up is even worse then the people working for them I spoke to Lebo at past 13:00 today and was informed she will phone me back at 16:20 i phoned back to speak to hir again 12min to get to hir cut off again phoned again 12min to get to hir again and she informed me that se reported my problem to hir supervisor at despatch ask to speek to him and holding on for him for 7min to get cut off again !!!!@ i really dont know how this company can call themselves fast way the need to change there name to useless!!!
