Worst delivery company ever

Worst company ever my order was supposed to be delivered on Thursday the latest then it changed to Friday ,Friday I get an email saying my parcel was turned back no SMS or call nothing now am waiting for my order to arrive the next week and call center guys don't know when ,I used buffalo before Shem the drivers go out of their way to deliver as for this guys they dnt care
