Worst delivery company ever

I have been waiting for my parcel since last year 12 December… I received a call from them saying they will deliver my parcel..on the day of the delivery I waited at home the whole day for my parcel only for parcel status to update later saying that they couldn’t reach me.at that time no one called me. Their call line keep sending you to WhatsApp.and the WhatsApp itself is very useless because it keep saying they have an error. This is the worse delivery company and will never recommend
