Worst delivery company!!!

Fastway is by far the worst courier company I have ever worked with. My package was out to be delivered on Tuesday last week, and then again on Wednesday, Thursday I still haven’t received it, and phoned the callcentre, I was transfer to a manager and he promised that my parcel will be delivered first thing Friday morning, as I needed the parcel by the weekend. Friday afternoon I still haven’t received my parcel and I phoned the driver Keith, he then advised that he won’t be able to deliver my parcel, but he is working Saturday and promises to deliver it Saturday morning. I phoned Keith again on Saturday morning, and guess what, he advised me that his manger Richardo phoned him to say that he does not have to work and yet again my parcel won’t be delivered. Keith gave me the number for his manger Richardo, I phoned him 7 times, not once did he pick up, or even returned my call. Now its almost a week later, and I still have not received my parcel! That was needed by the past weekend! Fastway is not fast, and does not live up to its name!! Worst service ever!!! I
