Worst customer service experience from fastway couriers

I received the worst customer service from a delivery guy, I've been waiting for my parcel for weeks now. When I call him he gives me excuses, and wheny sister calls him, he tells her a different story.

He is rude, he even hung up a phone on me. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. (he delivers around Soshanguve)
