Worst customer service ever

This company is the worst, they don't deserve even one star. My parcel was picked up from East London last week 14 February , today is 19 February, and still have not received it. The WhatsApp line is very useless, you wait to chat to an agent until they close the chat with out even assisting. If you call their office calls are dropped while waiting to get transferred. You are not Fastway but slowway☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
