Worst Couriers services ever

Your time table for my area stipulate until 14:30 on Thursday I waited until 5 and nothing and left. You guys came very late and I submit a query on Friday morning. I called the driver and he said he cant help me I must contact you!! I contact your offices and I spoke to 3 people just to hear "Please wait" and I told the lady you keep on putting me through, she was silent and put me though again!!! How terrible service OMG. I will advise the lady where I bought not to make use of your services again.
