Worst couriers ever!

This is the worst delivery company ever they promised to deliver on Monday the package wasn’t brought to me when I called customer care Lindiwe Banda spoke to me like I’m some piece of trash that is illiterate she tells me the driver was there and I didn’t answer now I’m checking my phone ,is it not funny there’s no call ,she has next level attitude and tells me do I want to change or check my contact details insisting I’m at fault but this is a split order buffalo brought my other half using the same number this is my 4th order and with the same number… She then offers to change the address so I do I sent her the email to change it so she calls me ,attitude again on fleek”you must as add the department”fine next day the driver goes to the wrong address calls me and I explain to him he wanted to help me to check if there is a driver that could take it to where I am so as he can’t just do his own thing,I call again a new lady now tells me she can see that the driver ran out of time the day before so Lindiwe **** clearly and then again she says she can see the address was changed but they still did their own thing they then could not help me for all their mistakes and took no accountability at all I am still waiting for my Temu order now I am extremely unhappy with their service.
