Worst courier services

I am still waiting 3 weeks now since my parcel left the store for fast way couriers..my parcel that's being taken from one depot to the other and now it's currently taken to the Witbank depot when I am staying in JHB..the service is therible because after my husband phoned them and they made promises it will be delivered the same day it's now 1 week later and my parcel is still somewhere at one or another depot..I am very disappointed
