Worst Courier Service of 2022

This has to be worst courier company I've had to deal with in the past year. Packages are ALWAYS late by a few days and I always have to call them in order to get the package. Even after calling the package still gets delayed by a day or 2, worst case was when one of my packages was 2 weeks late.

I have a package that was meant to be delivered today, even got the notification that it's with the driver but guess what? It wasn't delivered. So I now I have to call, email, sms, Whatsapp etc just to get my package.

It's the only courier service that does this, imagine paying for delivery and still have to beg the courier service to deliver your package.

I wish there was a way to blacklist courier services, so that service providers know which companies to avoid or at least allow us to select which courier service to use.
