Worst Courier Service , misleading and Pathetic

Ok , i am not sure why Buffalo logistics works with this company , 90% of the time their tracking has an error or gives false information ,their phones its either they not answered or they dont ring at all ,you wait and with no answers,My parcel that picked from Buffalo 5/12/2022 was left in their west bay for 5 days or more then says out on delivery Friday the 9th , it never came , today its 12/12/2022 i am just here waiting .Anyone by Choice , this is not a courier company to use ,The worst
