WORST COURIER SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A -100 BUT THATS NOT POSSIBLE. WORST CLIENT SERVICES EVER.

Im a business owner and have been trying to locate a parcel of mine, i have tried the whatsapp chanell and send a message there at 10:13 after which they told me that they will transfer me to the next available agent. Its now 12:13 and still no agent. I tried live chat at 10:30 it is now 12:13 still no agent. Although they did say I'm being transferred. Both my parcels was received at their depot in Witbank one was send out for delivery the other one is still at the depot. TRUST ME THERE IS NOTHING FAST ABOUT FASTWAY

Our Provincial hospital's services is faster than Fastway and they also dont have any service delivery.
