Worst courier service in South Africa

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered from a company on Monday 1st September, and needed that parcel delivered by Friday. The shop assured me it should be with me by Friday as he was sending it via Fastway Couriers. When I followed up on Thursday and checked the tracking details, my parcel was in Cape Town. It was sent from Rustenburg and was supposed to go to the Bloemfontein depot. When the shop contacted Fastway Couriers, they found that it had been incorrectly labelled to go to Cape Town. Then they shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. Cape Town depot said the parcel was leaving on the truck overnight on Thursday and would most likely arrive in Bloemfontein on Saturday. I checked the tracking details today, Monday 8 September and it is still showing as sitting in Cape Town. Their customer service is terrible. Avoid them at all costs!
