Worst courier service

Absolute horrible experience from them. They don't tell you when you will get your order on the day so you are not even sure if you will get it on that day. I ordered something on wootware.com and was told to get the order a business day after it is dispatched... I contacted customer service(where they kept on hanging the phone on me until I pressed 2 for sales) and it took me half an hour to get hold of the driver where he than told me he forgot the order and will have to wait until Monday(next business day) for the order to come. Hopefully the order comes tomorrow.
