Worst courier service evet

I received a call from a Fastway delivery guy notifying me they were trying to deliver my parcel but couldnt locate my address. I gave them directions and thought all was well.<br> I received 2 missed calls on my mobile and within seconds of each missed call tried to call back with my other mobile as the one they were calling is faulty. I tried no less than 8 times to get in touch with them but all my calls were ignored. About an hour later I called the same number and was told they didnt deliver my parcel after all. Why is it only their company's GPS that can't find addresses? No other courier company has ever complained of the same. Why cant they call and be directed as they approach the area instead of being *********** ****** who ignore their customers' calls?<br> I was furious not only at their incompetence but also on ignoring my calls since they knew they were in the wrong. I emailed the responsible branch-Phoenix, Durban and a week later Im still without my parcel and no response.<br> This is the 2nd time Fastway couriers has failed to deliver.<br> Absolutely unacceptable.
