WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER!!!

This courier service is utterly ***********. They claim they can't locate an address that's routinely delivered to by countless other drivers. This is my first time I’ve ever had to deal with them!

They've failed to deliver, ignore WhatsApp messages, and their customer service is a joke. The agent offered no solutions and simply put the phone down when challenged.

I know this complaint will be lost in the sea of similar reviews, but I sincerely hope this company goes out of business.
