WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER

This is probably the worst service for a courier ever. I wanted to change my delivery address as my plans changed and I couldn’t be sure I would be in the office when my parcel were expected to be delivered. First my parcel were sent to the wrong depo. Then I phoned them to change the address seeing that the parcel were in the right city for them to ship it from but absolutely no luck with the pretoria, johannesburg or cape town branches. It took them another 24 hour before sending the parcel to the right delivery depo and yet by the afternoon I have not received any parcel. It has just moved from bay to bay waiting for the next delivery. Seems like they work in intervals of 24 hours for anything to happen. I would not want to know how long their outskirt areas will take to deliver as my parcel is from main city to main city. Needless to say I needed my parcel for Monday morning early and I will have to go out this weekend and look for something else and spend more money. One can never rely on this courier service. With their bad service they put the small businesses in a terrible position. Where ever I can I try never to use them. Snail mail is faster than this courier service.

They can definitely go learn from one of their competitors how to handle a parcel and do proper costumer service.
