Worst Courier Service Ever

*Even if it was the last Courier Service On Earth, I would Never Ever Use them Again* *Fastway Courier* your Service and Drivers are Terrible! Package was sent 28 December (I completely Understand there was a Public Holiday on 1 January) I received emails for 3x days in a row : " Your Package is arriving Today" I make 100% Sure I am not far away or my Staff looks on the Camera every 15 min to not miss my Package. Just for each day to pass with no Package received. Sunday 7 January past 21:00 at night I received an email to say my package has been sent back to Bloemfontein and could not be delivered? I phoned early Monday Morning got no answer, after a few emails I received an email back to say no one opened or answered the phone? And another email a day or two after that from a different guy to say that the Driver could not locate the Destination? We are a well known Guesthouse in town and it's impossible if you tried to not find us?? The Guesthouse name and Address are showing clearly on Google Maps! I phoned Bloemfontein numerous times! No Answer on that landline at all!! I emails Bloemfontein, Johannesburg, the place that uses them to send their Parcells they give no feedback at all, you will just get an email from JHB to say:" Bloemfontein please respond what is going on with the parcel." Bloemfontein never responds. I ordered stickers to label my kids School supplies, the company was so nice to send me a reprint of what I ordered just so that I can have it to label my kids school supplies before Monday! It took 1x Bussiness day with Pargo!! Only 24 Hours! 13 January at 15:15 I received a phone call from an elderly lady that states she has my parcel. I met her at OK MiniMark with her car FULL OF FASTWAY COURIERS PACKAGES! I even took a photo. Driver said he is new and can not locate the rest? Really? He gave her all the packages to deliver for him! No wonder no one gets their Parcells! *Fastway Couriers* this is absolutely terrible service to say the least! The worst is there is absolutely NO communication!! You can't sort out anything with them as they don't communicate!!! During this 3 weeks I received Packages from Takalot and Courier Guy who phoned each time when they were near or at the gate and never once said they could not locate us!
