Worst courier service ever

Pathetic service had now 3 times in 2 months that I receive confirmation that my packige is loaded onto courier vehicle, I then rush to make arrangements so someone can collect the package just for them to update delivery status again (only at 17h44) saying package has been left in east bay..... how is it loaded but left behind???

3 Times???

This is the worst courier company in the world I'm sure. Will never ever advise people to use them.

When you use whatsapp that they "prioritize " you speak to a bot that after a very long period says next available agent will be with you soon and that also never happens.

When you call the depot no one awnsers and the call just gets dropped...

What "customer service " is that.
