Worst courier service ever!

I followed up on an order placed on the 20th of October. The parcel was collected in Pretoria on the 25th and up to date it is stored somewhere in a storeroom at the Witbank branch. When I phoned to ask why they did not deliver yet, the lady told me they have a bit of a backlog...which is frankly not my problem. If they cannot keep to their promises as displayed on their website then they should not be doing business. This is not the first time they are rendering this poor service but this is the worst ever...!
