Worst Courier service ever

An urgent parcel was collected on Monday15 June , it’s Friday 19 June and still no delivery . I have tried to phone the Pretoria depot and they don’t answer the phone . When eventually I get through and ask for a manager it rings for three minutes and disconnects . 5 days for a Johannesburg to Johannesburg is the worst service I have ever received from a courier service . Still no response or delivery
