Worst courier service company

My parcel arrived in Cape Town from Jhb on the 1st June. I have written to them on Facebook, emailed, called and spoken to their "bot" to try get answers on where my parcel is. It is today the 10th June, I have not received a reply on either platform!! Probably the worst service I have ever experienced from a courier. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THEM AT ALL!!! JUST TERRIBLE IN EVERY ASPECT.
