Worst Courier Service.

This is literally the worst courier service. They were notified about my delivery on the 01/05/2025 and my customs has been paid on the same day for a Temu delivery. The parcel was picked up on the 04/05/2025 and arrived in Cape Town on the 7th. Now everyday since the receipt in Cape Town. The parcel has been out for delivery then left again in the grey area for the next scheduled delivery. Everyday since the 7th. Let me not start with their communication. You are given an option and the promise that on the Website/Whatsapp an agent will be with you soon. I still waiting for that agent since the 8th and today it is the 12th.

Like I said when you see Fastway Couriers is the delivery team. Abort!!!!!!
