Worst courier service by far!

FASTWAY COURIERS..... I must say, you will have to search far and wide to get a more *********** courier company in SA. On Monday my parcel arrives in Kuruman, Wednesday it is send to....wait for it...not Kathu, but to Upington! When I phone their Head Office, I am informed that it is actually in Bloemfontein!! When I phone Bloemfontein, they inform me that my parcel is in Upington, and must now be send to Bloemfontein (700km), after which it will be send to Kathu (500km). This, after it was alredy in Kuruman on Monday (49km from Kathu). Incompetence personified
