WORST Courier Service

This is the worst courier company I have ever had dealings with. It took them 5 days from receiving the parcel in their depot to "deliver" it. When I queried why I hadn't received the parcel, taking into account I was at home the entire day I was told the driver had dropped it off at a workshop. I live in a residential area. Eventually, after the supplier got involved, I was told the driver would pick up the parcel and deliver it to me. This took over a week before the driver was sent. Once again, I was at home all day, but no parcel was delivered. I STILL have not received the parcel.
