Worst courier service

The worst courier service in South Africa. Parcel collected in Pretoria on 9 September, 7 days later and now they can't find the parcel, although I received the notification and pin that is is out for delivery a day ago already. Nobody answers a phone, or the WhatsApp nr provided.
