Worst courier service!!!

The worst courier service ever! Everytime I have an order that needs to be delivered by them you’ll keep getting messages saying they couldn’t get hold of you and your order is being returned and when you try contacting them back there’s an voice over that eventually tells you they’re experiencing technical difficulties after it has prompted you to choose a billion numbers and wasted your whole airtime. I am really not sure why they’re still operating
