Worst Courier Service

Worst Courier Service Ever!!! For 3x days in a row I have received an Email Each day saying my Package will arrive "Today"... I make sure I don't go anywhere, cancel plans, just to reach the end of the day without any Package! I phoned after the first email with no Package at the end of the day and they said they are a bit delayed because of a storm Bloemfontein had, I said I will be patient. Still received the same email: Package will arrive on Thursday and Friday, No delivery ?! It's Sunday Today and I received an email at 21:29 stating that my Package could not be delivered!!?? Are they delivering packages on Sundays now? Could they not even just phone or missed call or anything to say they are at the Destination like other courier companies do? Please don't bother using them!
