Worst Courier Service

Horrible service!!! I missed the drivers phone call and immediately phoned them back. The driver shouted at me over the phone and told me I must meet him at an Engen garage if I want my parcel. He refused to drive back. I then had to mission out on route to Klerksdorp to meet him for my parcel. He was rude AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN
