Worst courier in this country

Fastway is by far the worst courier company in SA! I created a collection to have a clients order delivered on the 6th, it is the 12th today and the package is still in transit. Client does not even want the order anymore. Today I stayed on the line with their call center wanting to get answers and the call disconnected after 30minutes of holding on two occasions. This is the worst possible courier. DO NOT USE IT!
