Worst courier in the country

This is the message I received when tracking my parcel. It's been in Cape town since the 15/11/25 4 days later and I have still not received my parcel or any communication, fast way is worse than snail mail. This is the 1st and last time I use "Fastway couriers" ID rather stick to The Courier Guy, much more reliable and actually fast"The parcel has been left in the South Bay and will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery. 15/11/2025 03:04:35" I also try to contact them on WhatsApp which turns out to be a helpless bot that just goes around in circles and can't even direct you to an agent. I'm a Very Unhappy customer!
