Worst Courier in the country

<p> I try to phone their Johanesburg depot to find out where my parcel is as it was dispacthed at 6 in the morning and it is now 3 in the afternoon. I sat on hold for up to 20 minutes before some one answered when I explained this to them before they even could give them a tracking number they put me back on hold and the line goes dead after waiting on hold for another 10 minutes. The this happned twice. On the third attempt i told the operator do not try put me on hold. I explained the story to him. Gave him the tracking number and he then informed me the truck had broken down some where so I wont be getting my parcel. I asked for a mangers phone number and he just put me on hold again.</p>
