Worst Courier in South Africa

Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. They made us wait all day, having to cancel plans, only for them not to show up at all. Contacting them is a nightmare. Its as if they know how ***** their business is, and are actively avoiding accountability for their shortcomings.
