Worst courier experience ever

I bought bed linen online from Sheet street on 26/10/2022, the courier service collected my order the very same day then took it from Pta to Klerksdorp which means they went past Randfontein, why did they not deliver. My parcel has been at their depot for days, I cannot call them. I sent an online enquiry, no response. I called Sheet street yesterday and was told by a rude agent that my parcel would be delivered before noon...its the next day, noon has passed yet again and I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered now at 13:12 on 01/11/2022
