WORST COURIER EVER ESPECIALLY THE PE DEPOT

Please stay away from this courier service worst service ever, second time using it, first time I had to go pick up my parcel myself at the buurman depot, that's untidy and not organized, now on my second order it last updated Thursday no update nothing imagine from the 22 til the 26 no update and I need my parcel ASAP, I emailed the depot over the weekend askin where my parcel is, instead of answering my question they rep**** by saying they will tell the driver to call wen his abt to deliver, no detail abt why these no update, where is my parcel, when shud I expect it cause it's long over due now, and it's sad we get this slow unprofessional courier automatically cause I hate it, with courier guy I wud hv got my parcel or alerted I might get it today, worst Courier service ever 😡😡😡😡
