WORST COURIER EVER!!

The past few times we had an experience with this courier is is just horrible. We waited for a parcel to be delivered since it was shipped for almost 3 weeks. The second time we waited almost 2 weeks for a parcel to be picked up. And now we are waiting for a parcel to be delivered for the past 3 days that it has been driving up and down the town in Bloemfontein. And just not being delivered. Every time I phone them they just say its with the driver and will be delivered before 5 pm. And still up to bow i am still waiting. This is the worst courier i have ever seen. I won’t ever recommend them to be used.
