WORST COURIER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

DON'T USE THIS COURIER SERVICE They are the absolute worst!!!! Chatting on whatsapp goes around in circles, supply waybill no and name "agent will be with you shortly" Hours later, a reply that the parcel I'm waiting for was delivered on a Sunday night at 11:00 and I never got it, so someone must have ****** this parcel No way to get hold of anyone at their helpdesk

Terrible and so frustrating
